Who is the Tracker app for?
It is for operations supervisors, managers and any stakeholder who needs to monitor live job progress. It is a read-only view — jobs are created and managed in the Travel Agent portal and Contractor app, not here.
How do I get a job to monitor?
The travel agent allocates a tracker to the job. Once they add you, the job appears in your app and you get live tracking rights for it — you only ever see the jobs you have been allocated to.
